Ventana Condominiums is proud to offer broker cooperation as a vital part of the sales program. The MLS for East Contra Costa County will reflect the current percentage of commission paid to cooperating offices who comply with the following client registration procedures:
- Agents or Brokers must pre-register their client in person, or accompany the client on the clients first visit to the development.
- Buyers who visit the development, do not acknowledge agency representation on their first visit, and/or, note other marketing sources as their introduction to the Ventana/Lakeview property, will not be considered agent-procured.
- The owner/seller of Ventana pays for procurement of a buyer as documented on the source selection on the Ventana Guest registration card.
- Agents must provide a current business card with their office broker affiliation, have a valid California License photocopied for the Buyer file, and are encouraged to provide their client with a recognized Agency Disclosure form at the time of reservation.
Agents with questions or unusual registration issues should call the sales office at (925) 252-9330 and speak directly with a Ventana Sales Representative. Properly completed registrations will be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of registration.
