Homebuyers can begin the purchase process by visiting our sales center and taking a personal tour of our model homes and other move-in ready, designer upgraded homes in premium locations.
Sales Counselors will work closely with a homebuyer to determine which floorplan and location best fits their personal needs, styles and tastes. At this point, our Preferred 2008HSP Lender will work with the homebuyer to provide a loan pre-approval, educate them on the homebuying process and to determine which financing option best fits their circumstances.
Once a home is chosen and loan information is finalized, the Sales Counselors and Preferred 2008HSP Lender will sit down with the homebuyer for a formal contract signing.
I am planning on using another lender. Do I need to complete a loan application and get a loan approval with your Preferred 2008HSP Lender?
Yes, all Ventana homebuyers must obtain a loan pre-approval from a Preferred 2008HSP Lender. By having an adequate introduction, you will get a better understanding of the benefits our Preferred 2008HSP Lender can provide during the home buying process. In addition, if for some reason your outside lender cannot perform adequately, our Preferred 2008HSP Lender can step in to help get your home closed on time.
